Audrey did receive an email back from Leah. She and Leah meet and discussed her capstone project and paper together. Audrey stated that Leah found that the number one way that students respond to advertising is Posters. Then its is word of mouth, then social media. Leah found out during her capstone that the Excess TV was not an efficient way to advertise for clubs on campus.
After Audrey discussed Leah's capstone project we went into the outline of our presentation. Audrey made the power point on Google docs. We agreed that we will need to run threw our presentation together as a group at least three times before we present.
After laying our the power point presentation we then turned our attention to the paper.
The majority if class time was talking about how we are going to construct the group paper. The requirement for the paper is where we started and where our outline began. We all agreed that we were going to divide the paper up into sections and work on it over the break. We all agreed that our sections should be done by our next meeting, which is next Wednesday. In our next meeting we will all go over the paper together and think critically about what can be improved on if needed.
Next week we will have two meeting one in class and one on Wednesday.

NO Class, but a meeting
November 20th,
Started at 12:29
Ended at 1:30
Since Grace has canceled class, our group had decided to have our meeting during class time. However, Haliey and Audrey could not make the meeting. Which is not an issue because in our next meeting we are going to start our presentation on Tuesday next week in class.
Our meeting started out with the discussion Brianna and I had with Paul Shepherd.
After we discussed the meeting with Paul, we then discussed our presentation outline.
We started a rough outline of the presentation on paper then discussed that we will go over our outline and discuss more in depth with our other group members next week. We discussed that we will need to have more meeting and we must meet in person to do the outline together.

Frustration
November 12th
Start 7:30
End: 8:20
Our meeting started out with talking about the information each group member had collected for this weeks group meeting.
Haliey had talked with the Student Life Intern and received good information. Haliey was told that Student life was not the only organization on campus to help out student club/organization. She also found out that reserving space to but on a presentation for clubs and student is free.
Audrey emailed Leah a student last year who conducted research on marketing on the UWRF campus and sadly to say Leah has not responded to the email.
Brianna got in contact with the department who is in charge of WOW but they has little information to give to Brianna. Then told Brianna to get in contact with people from student life.
I (Ashley) had a meeting with Paul Shepherd on November 12. We had a meeting set for at 4 and I waited until 4:30, then I decided to leave. It was very frustrating because I didn't receive any email to why he didn't show up.
Laura was not at the meeting because a family situation came up which is understandable. She had found out that bulletin boards can rang form $100-2,000. So with a wide range to choose from we felt that it was not too much to the college to spend for more advertising in the academic buildings.
We all felt frustrated because no one was communicated with us or giving us any information that we could rely or use for our presentation. We decided that we would try again and communicate with the individuals we had last week and see what we get through out the week. And discuss what we will do in out next meeting.
Our meeting of actually discussion for the project only lasted about 20-30 minutes the rest of the time we just vented to each other about the stress in our lives. The next day we all said it was great to just vent and laugh, it was a good bonding experience.

Hi Group 1! Here is the feedback on your presentation:
- I've heard you have to reserve the UC table tents a year in advance. Where do we go to find info about the different advertising opportunities?
- Org Sync is very confusing, I'm glad your addressing it.
- Why do they still use ORg Sync if it's so unpopular? What about a different system?
- Falcon Sync is not user friendly. There should be a large bulletin board by the student life area to promote clubs.
- Good topic, it took me a year and a half to discover the photography club.
- Are there more ways to advertise or can we just upgrade what we have? I don't think many people look at the advertisements on the TV or bulletin board, etc.
- Lack of support? People don't want to see something boring or not interesting to them,
- You stated the university isn't supporting the organizations. What are you expecting the UNiversity to do?
- Good research on the multiple departments controlling advertisement on campus.
- Why do we have such an advertising gap? Everybody is affected, even those not attending yet, they may not know what we have to offer.
- How to get the one-stop-shop?
- I agree!
- Look at org favoritism for marketing.
- Who is in charge of the Twitter/Facebook accounts for UWRF/Freddy?
- Good topic, orbs need more support!
- I would love to hear the solution to this problem because I'm in need of advertising.
